At The Beauty MRKT, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on new or gently used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and protective seals are intact where applicable.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
